staff here were absolutely fantastic from booking until check out. Mariano and Ruben at reception, Javi at the pool bar and Rosa at the Spa made this 3 day short break absolutely fantastic and relaxed. I had booked a junior suite 2 weeks before my stay as needed a long weekend to completely de-stress. Specifically requested a west facing terrace as I enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset. Was disappointed on arrival when I had a North facing terrace with high enclosed walls both sides although the room itself was stunning. I asked politely if I could move rooms to Block A which are all West facing which they arranged first thing the next day. The room was the same but the terrace was a vast improvement. Although only on Level 2, still had benefit of sun from 12 noon until sunset. The 2 large pools are fantastic, with more than ample sunbeds at high season at the weekend, so NO getting up early to put towels down required!!! Very chilled music around the pool bar and the pool areas large enough to choose if you want to sit near or away from the speakers. Live guitarist by the pool Sunday afternoon was superb. Very quiet area at the end if the town so no through traffic and no kids is bliss. 3 local restaurants opposite the hotel with a small beach with a wonderful cocktail shack and sunset views. More restaurants, shops and bars and 2 more beaches only 10 minute pleasant walk to and from the hotel. The clientelle ranged of mostly couples (some groups) from early 20's to late 50's so a very good mix but not Derby and Joan territory. If you are planning to visit Ibiza to party then this is not for you. I booked this as is adults only and away from all of the party people, which is exactly what I was after. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean and well kept, good air con, WiFi, shower, (and shower on terrace), toiletries coffee machine and fridge (and hob if you wanted to cook???). The buffet breakfast was good with a plentiful range of hot and cold options.

The staff were so helpful and nice and extended our booking free of charge after we our flights were cancelled 2 days in a row. After such a stressful time with our flights it was so nice to get to a hotel where the staff, service, location and food were all amazing. If you want to experience the chilled side of Ibiza I honestly can’t recommend anywhere better. The massive pluses of the hotel specifically are: - the hotel is very chill, it never feels overcrowded and there’s always space to sit by the pool. You can properly switch off and relax and not worry about anything. Service is amazing. - the breakfast is absolutely unreal. 10/10 best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot 😂 - the location is amazing .There is a beach right there that never gets too busy which is rare for Ibiza (with lovely beach staff who will give you info on best places to go/hikes etc.). You can do an amazing little hike over the rocks and witness the best sunset youve ever seen in your life. Ask the staff at the beach and they’ll tell you how to get there. There’s also bigger beaches a walkable distance and loads of gorgeous restaurants walkable. If you have a car you can go on amazing day trips to all the beaches and places to eat. It’s ideal if you want to explore the chill side of the island and wild beaches and coves. It’s about 60 euro in a taxi each way if you want to go to San Antonio , which isn’t as bad as I thought would be but if your in Ibiza for the nightlife I’d probably not stay this far north. There’s buses to Ibiza town from portinatx so it’s easy enough to get there. Would 100% visit again. Thanks xx

The hotel was great and all of the people I met who worked there were very nice, friendly and helpful (at the front desk, pool, bar and restaurant). I was on crutches (and there are a lot of stairs but there are also lifts so it was no problem for me) and I was offered a lot of help to carry things etc. For food I thought the breakfast was very good and had gluten free options. Dinner was also good but not as good as breakfast and was a bit lacking for gluten free options on some evenings (although the food was well labelled for allergens). I found the room I was in (B203 - with sea view) very comfortable so I will be coming back (hopefully without the crutches!). Gracias and hasta pronto!

The hotel was small and personable and it was really nice to have some total down time. The location and views were lovely. Food was pretty good and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk into Portinatx ... we enjoyed doing that one evening. The sunsets on the beach were incredible. Loved the chef in the evening who would take great pride in letting people know what he'd cooked. The lady in the bar making cocktails in the evening did a really good job of making delicious drinks.

Great beach location , fabulous breakfast, helpful staff- they upgraded our room as it was a special anniversary- thank you! 2 very nice relaxing pool areas, one without music which we liked. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sam and Dave were brilliant entertainment- had a great night. The room was lovely- clean, bright and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to a lovely beach.
